Houston, USA | August 4, 2026 — Trentar today announced the acquisition of Nuove Energie®, an Italy and U.S. based provider of advanced filtration technologies for municipal, industrial wastewater and sludge, with more than 45 years of experience and thousands of installations worldwide. Trentar also launches Nuove H2O as its global water solutions brand, bringing its growing water portfolio under a single brand to better serve customers.
Nuove Energie®’s filtration systems are based on patented Dynamic Tangential Filtration® (DTF) disk technology to deliver high separation efficiency, compact footprint, ease of operation, and long service life. These stainless-steel discs also provide high resistance to wear and chemical degradation, simple maintenance, and the prevention of microplastic release into the environment.
